“April showers bring May flowers” is the old
saying that stays true during the month of May in
Gatlinburg TN. May is one of the best times to visit Gatlinburg
TN. The weather is not to hot and not too cold, it’s perfect. You

sweat. Flowers from the Springfest festival are still decorating

Springfest will continue all month in celebration
for the Spring weather. It’s the perfect time to take your loved

which makes the scenery all the more beautiful. Throughout downtown
you can see pansies, daffodils, tulips, petunias, etc. and the Arts
and Crafts community will have plenty of Springtime gifts to take

The Scottish Games and Festivals is also in May!
All Scots are invited to march in the parade or have a ride in the
parade. Scottish games will be held on a weekend and is sure to be a
lot of fun for you or your family to participate or just to watch.
You’ll be able to witness Scottish dancing, competitions, border
collie competitions, whiskey tasting, etc. The Scottish Games and
Festivals are always fun. There will also be places for you to shop
Scottish merchandise and food. Don’t miss out on your chance to buy

Also held during the month of May is the Gatlinburg Fine Arts
Festival. Join everyone as they listen to live entertainment, browse
through artists demonstrations and eat delicious food. What could be
greater than all of that with the Smokey Mountains in the
background? This festival helps to benefit the Arrowmont School of
Arts and Crafts. They will be giving away $5000 worth of prizes and
you might just be the recipient of one of those prizes.
May is an eventful month in Gatlinburg. Bring your family out to
