Sweet Fanny Adams Theatre

Sweet Fanny Adams Theatre, located at 461 parkway in downtown Gatlinburg TN, is a great place for the family to have a fun filled night of laughter and excitement. This Broadway style show has been around since 1977. It is known as a very professionally innovative and unusual theatre. The improv aspect keeps everyone on their toes; the cast might not even know what may happen.

The shows replicate aspects of the Old English Music Hall, American Vaudeville, Monty Python, and Broadway musicals. There are two different shows presented each year by the performers with professional backgrounds mixed with experiences from stages, TVs, night clubs, etc. The producers of the Sweet Fanny Adams theatre are Pat and Don MacPherson. The MacPherson’s have written, produced and directed well over 30 comedies from the east coast to the west coast. You’ll also be able to catch them on stage with their crew exhibiting their improv and acting skills.

This is a sure way of having a blast while on your vacation. It’s a wonderful experience for the whole family, and everyone will enjoy audience participation as well as treats and surprises. We will warn you though; this show might make you laugh out loud throughout the entire 2 hour show. Since the theatre offers 2 different shows so you can enjoy yourself one night and come back the next for a completely different show, and the theatre is small enough to allow every seat in the house to be “the best seat”.

The box office is open on show days from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM. You can call and reserve seats as well at 877-388-5784. Adult tickets are $24.30 and Children under 12 are $8.90. They offer discounts for senior citizens, AAA members, and groups so be sure to ask about them. After the performance you can also purchase the show you just watched as well as speak to actors.
